What Is the Fee Calculator Pro?
The Fee Calculator Pro adds up every part of school fees — the one-time admission fee, monthly tuition, transport and other charges — applies any discount on tuition, and splits the total into equal instalments. It also shows the late fee separately so you know what a delayed payment would cost.
How to Use It — Step by Step
- Enter the admission fee (charged once) and the monthly tuition, transport and other charges.
- Enter the discount percentage on tuition, if any, and the late fee per month.
- Choose the number of months and how many instalments you want to pay in.
- Press Calculate Fees. Your monthly total, annual total and per-instalment amount appear instantly and are also checked on the server.
Worked Example
Admission fee Rs. 5,000, tuition Rs. 2,500/month, transport Rs. 800/month, other charges Rs. 300/month, 10% discount on tuition, 12 months, 4 instalments. Monthly total = 2,500 + 800 + 300 = Rs. 3,600. Tuition for 12 months = Rs. 30,000, discount = 10% of 30,000 = Rs. 3,000. Total = 5,000 + (3,600 × 12) − 3,000 = Rs. 45,200. Per instalment = 45,200 ÷ 4 = Rs. 11,300.

Total = Admission Fee + (Monthly Total × Months) − (Tuition × Months × Discount ÷ 100)
Per Instalment = Total ÷ Number of Instalments

Is the late fee included in the total?
No. The late fee is shown separately because it applies only if a payment is late. The total assumes all payments are made on time.
What does the discount apply to?
The discount applies to tuition fees only, not to the admission fee, transport or other charges. If your school discounts differently, check with the school office.
