PTM Scheduler

Plan a parent-teacher meeting: enter the class, number of parents, start time and minutes per parent to get a time-slot table for every parent.

What Is a PTM Scheduler?

A PTM (Parent-Teacher Meeting) scheduler creates a fair time slot for every parent. You set the start time and how many minutes each parent gets, and the tool lists Parent 1, Parent 2 and so on, each with a start and end time — so nobody has to wait without knowing when their turn comes.

How to Use It — Step by Step

  1. Enter the class, for example Class 5-A.
  2. Enter the number of parents (5 to 40).
  3. Enter the meeting start time.
  4. Enter the minutes per parent (5 to 15).
  5. Press Generate Time Slots. The full slot table appears instantly and is also checked on the server. Use Print Schedule to print it or save it as a PDF.

Worked Example

For Class 5-A with 20 parents, starting at 09:00 and 10 minutes per parent: Parent 1 is 09:00–09:10, Parent 2 is 09:10–09:20, Parent 3 is 09:20–09:30, and the last parent, Parent 20, is 12:10–12:20.

FAQs

What if a meeting runs over its slot?

Keep a 5-minute buffer between groups of parents if you can, or shorten the minutes per parent so the day finishes on time.

Can I schedule more than 40 parents?

This tool handles up to 40 parents at a time. For a larger group, split the parents into two sessions and generate a schedule for each.

Is this scheduler free?

Yes, it is completely free and needs no sign-up.
